“Nice cafe”

I discovered this cafe while visiting a company on the industrial estate on which it is based. I should imagine it gets crowded at lunchtimes but mid-afternoon it was quiet. Very good value food, served promptly by friendly staff. Modern interior, plenty of tables, highly recommended. Don’t stop at the nearby overpriced M5 services, drive the few extra minutes to the Fresha Café!

“Good food”

Good food and good service. Had breakfast which was served quickly and hot. Lady who served, who I think was called Karen, was very friendly and served with a smile.

“Best British Breakfast”

On my first ever visit to the Freshest Cafe
Brilliant great staff and fast but fantastic food.
The best I have had in a very long time
Thank you Dave

“Outside catering”

We used Fresha to provide the sandwiches for my daughter's christening and were extremely impressed both by the food and the customer service; they went to considerable effort to accommodate our requirements, and the sandwiches were excellent. We were really impressed with the standard and range of fillings, and the quality was fantastic. All guests loved them and wanted to know where they came from - they almost upstaged the baby in being the star of the show!

“Better than expected and a bright spot in an area lacking facilities”

Sowton Industrial Estate is not untypical and is pretty short on facilities. Other than the (HUGELY overpriced) M5 services near by, there is a Greggs and not much else by way of catering. I did not have any great expectations of Fresha Cafe and I have to say I was wrong - it is way better than I was expecting and is a real, welcome service for the area. As well as a great range of freshly cooked hot food, quality products too, they offer a good range of cold, prepared and 'to-go' products, nice tea and coffee etc. There are loos (and the gents loo was clean - can't speak for the women's loo, obv). There are also conference/meeting rooms available. On my visit it was fairly busy, business people clearly, some reps waiting for appointments I would judge, lots of people eating and most people looked very happy. If you are in the area, give it a try. If you are wondering is it worth it, my answer is yes. If they are expecting a greasy spoon, be ready to be pleasantly surprised. I also got the impression that it was fairly women friendly which not everywhere it. Good off-road parking.
