I just had to drop you a quick email to say how impressed we were with your food van this morning. Apologies if I have already said this, but even if I have it is worth saying again. Bob is an asset to you and a brilliant ambassador and front of house person for the business. He was so polite, helpful and very courteous and came back when I rang him as the boss wanted something and was not around when he first called in. The fact he called in so soon after I contacted you and came back again yesterday to see how thing were, was efficient and shows he goes the extra mile. As someone who seems to spend half their working life telling drivers and staff on how to behave and the impression they create I really notice it in others and your Bob is good. Oggy started back after I rang you and I felt bad about him coming in, and nothing happening, but then this week they never showed again, so I do hope the lads will now favour Fresha. We were all impressed with your brilliant range and the salads and prepared fruit is a great idea. I personally love the information on your sandwich packing and like seeing things about sustainability etc. It was good to see such a good choice of sandwiches and I like the fact that all your eggs are free range and the bread was lovely, really fresh and very tasty.

I love Fresha because of the great atmosphere - it's a cross between a canteen and a cafe, so you get workmen sitting next to businessmen - where else do you get that?! The staff are friendly. The food is tasty. I love meeting friends there, or just reading a book by myself.

Fresha stands out from any other cafe because of its strong links with local business that it has fostered right from its inception. With Paul Banks at the helm, Fresha regularly hosts networking, seminars and business meetings and can now boast conference rooms to go with its wifi. The staff are super helpful and the food is always fresh and delicious.

The cafe is a great place for a break at lunchtime with great food and good service. I sometimes go there with friends from work or to meet my wife for a meal and drink. I appreciate the use of high quality local or fairly traded ingredients.
