Where possible, we source our ingredients from the excellent choice of the region’s local suppliers who, with the outstanding natural environment of the southwest, provide a variety of superb foods from seafood to prime meats to speciality cheeses. Our carefully selected suppliers drop off fresh ingredients daily, allowing us to guarantee maximum freshness.

Because we understand you are constantly juggling priorities while managing numerous activities, all our buffets are delivered ready for your guests to help themselves, leaving you free to look after those all-important people.

We also provide complimentary plates and napkins and collect our platters the following day, leaving you free of cleaning the plates!
