Our philosophy is quite simple, to create everyday food items that taste just great. To help us achieve this we have a dedicated team of chefs and assistants who create outstanding food from fresh ingredients to complement your occasion. Our passionate, hardworking team starts early each morning, before most of us are awake. To them it's more than just food!

Where possible, we source our ingredients from the excellent choice of the region's local suppliers who, with the outstanding natural environment of the southwest, provide a variety of superb foods from seafood to prime meats to speciality cheeses. Our carefully selected suppliers drop off fresh ingredients daily, allowing us to guarantee maximum freshness.
