Fresha is also a popular venue for networking events, and we regularly welcome networking groups who make the most of an early start with coffee and breakfast. 

The meeting rooms are suitable for up to 40 delegates with competitive rates starting from just £27.50 per delegate. Room hire starts at £80 per half day. The adaptable space has a variety of layout choices including theatre style and boardroom. 

We provide all the equipment you need, from the humble flip chart to ceiling mounted high definition projectors, along with high-speed internet and air conditioning for expediency and comfort.

A real bonus for all users of our conference facilities or meeting rooms is our renowned onsite catering. As an experienced professional caterer, Fresha is hard to beat for choice and quality.

Everything is cooked freshly in our kitchens, using locally sourced ingredients. We cater for all dietary requirements but appreciate knowing about these in advance.

Delegates may prefer to stay in the room together to eat, but they are very welcome to eat in the café and choose food from our wide-ranging menu.
