Fresha Catering registration and log in

To gain access to Fresha Buffets on line delivery service you must first complete the registration section and agree the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions will come into effect once you have completed registration.

Registration

You are registering as a company or as an individual user. Access is via your email address and password, which is personal to you. We would ask that you immediately notify us at Fresha if a third party obtains your password.

Purchasing from Fresha

To make a purchase, simply look through the Fresha menu pages, click on all items you wish to add to your order, ensuring you input the number of people you are ordering for. Please be sure to include any special dietary requirements in the box provided.

When you have finished your order selection, please click on "finish order" and you will be asked for your personal order details. [If you are not an approved registered user you will be asked for your payment details, with payment being approved prior to confirmation of order].

Our daily cut-off time for orders is 4.00pm the day prior to delivery. We offer a late order service allowing you to order after 4.00pm and before 9.30am on the day of delivery.

Some products need 24 hours notice when ordering; our system will let you know which products when you place your order

We are unable to accept new orders for the same day after 9.30am.

Any cancellations or reductions to an order must be made by 12.00 noon on the day prior to delivery.  Cancellations or reductions made after this time will result in the full cost of the original order being charged.

The customer shall be solely responsible to Fresha for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order submitted and for providing to the company any necessary dietary details to ensure such accuracy

An order placed via our web site is deemed to have been accepted only when you receive email confirmation to this effect. There may be occasions where it will not be possible to complete your order in full. In such cases, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order. Should you have any difficulty in placing your order on-line please ring our kitchen on 01392 447701.

Acceptance of Goods

Any claim by the customer, which is based on any defect in the quantity, quality or condition of the goods, shall, whether or not the customer refuses delivery, be notified to the company within 4 hours from the date of delivery. If delivery is not refused, and the customer does not notify the company accordingly, the customer shall not be entitled to reject the goods and the company shall have no liability for such defect or failure, and the customer shall be bound to pay the full price for the goods as if the goods had been delivered fully in accordance with the contract.

Price and Payment

The price charged will be that shown at the date of order. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

The customer shall pay the price of the goods unless otherwise agreed within 14 days of date of delivery.

If the customer fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the company, the company shall be entitled to suspend any further deliveries of the goods to the customer.

All bank charges incurred by Fresha for handling returned or represented cheques will be charged for. A returned cheque or late payment may also result in a change of terms.

We accept payment on-line by most leading credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Delta. Payment will be charged against your card at the time of order. 
We reserve the right to add 'unreasonable' bank charges to your invoice total.

If your company has an approved credit agreement with Fresha then we will arrange payment directly with your company. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless previously agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of each of the customer and the company.

We are unable to make invoices payable to third parties who are not approved on our credit list.

Fresha reserves the right to accept or refuse any credit account application and to terminate any such account at any time.

Delivery

All food deliveries must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery. A signature will be deemed as acceptance of delivery of an accurate and complete order.

If any part of an order is found to be missing (or is rejected) on delivery, the customer must inform Fresha immediately by calling our kitchen on 01392 447701.

The customer signature will also act as acceptance of receipt of kitchen ware, such as platters and dishes. Such items remain under the ownership of Fresha at all times. Any losses or breakages will be charged to the customer and the customer by signing for such items agrees to be held responsible.

Our delivery drivers will only return on two occasions for such items. If all items have not been returned by the second visit the customer will be charged in full for the loss.

Liability

The liability of Fresha in contract, in respect of any products delivered or otherwise in connection with an order or for any loss, injury or damage attributable directly or indirectly thereto will at the sole option of Fresha, be limited to: (a) delivering replacement products (at Fresha's expense); or (b) refunding any sums paid to Fresha for the products.

Fresha will not be liable for any loss of profit or goodwill or opportunity or reputation suffered or incurred by or any third party, nor for any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights.

At Fresha we aim to provide constant access to our web site, but we cannot guarantee this due to its technical nature. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay on this site.

Return accepted if food is not up to standard

Orders must be cancelled by 2pm the day before delivery is due or 6am on the day of the supply for small orders
